A part is not a diagnosis. If pressure is high, the column is only one possible restriction. Read the relevant note in the knowledge base or ask us to confirm the fault under corrective maintenance before you replace a major assembly.
Send the instrument brand and model, a photo of the part or the part number if you have it, and the symptom. If you only have the symptom, we can identify the likely part from the model and the fault.
Stock and lead time depend on the component. For instruments on a preventive maintenance program, consumables that fail on a pattern can be planned instead of rushed.
We match thread, pressure rating, and instrument family. A liner or syringe that is “close” is a common cause of leaks and lost peaks. If a compatible part is not appropriate for your detector or inlet, we will say so and source the correct one.
