Corrective maintenance starts when an instrument has already failed or the results can no longer be used. Mahut diagnoses the fault and restores the system.
Troubleshooting on site follows the sample path. We do not swap assemblies until a check shows where the signal or the pressure is lost.
Safe user checks for the common HPLC and GC cases are in the knowledge base. Stop and call us if there is a gas leak, a hydrogen alarm, a cracked fitting, or a fault that remains after the column or the gas supply has been isolated.
A photo of the error text, the last good run, and the instrument model saves time. If a part is already suspected, say so, but do not leave fittings open or columns drying out while you wait.
If the same fault returns every month, ask for a preventive maintenance program after the instrument is back in service.
Use a consultation to plan maintenance, review a recurring fault, or decide whether an instrument needs a visit now. If the instrument is already stopped, call +968 71130316.
