Laboratory equipment maintenance at Mahut covers inspection, repair, and return to service for analytical instruments. The job is to keep the system fit for the method you actually run.
This page is the overview. Fault-driven work sits under corrective maintenance. Scheduled work sits under preventive maintenance programs.
We also support general laboratory systems when the fault is mechanical, pneumatic, or in the sample path. If an instrument is outside this list, send the model before booking so we can confirm it.
We isolate the fault one section at a time. On a chromatograph that means solvent or gas supply, pump or inlet, injector, column, then detector. Parts are replaced when the test points to that part. See spare parts supply when a component has to be ordered.
Call when the instrument will not build pressure, will not light or pump, shows a leak you cannot isolate, or fails in a way your team has not seen before. For routine HPLC and GC symptoms, start with the knowledge base, then call if the safe checks do not restore the system.
Use a consultation to plan maintenance, review a recurring fault, or decide whether an instrument needs a visit now. If the instrument is already stopped, call +968 71130316.
